A mouse family decided to take harbor from the cold in my minivan. Shortly thereafter, the buggers decided to go and die-lea\ving behind the putrid smell of flesh deteriorating. Their trail of destruction included defecation, urination, and chewing damage to four child seats. The smell rendered the car literally undrivable. In fact, it had to be delivered to their office by tow truck. Odor B Gone turned my hell into heaven. They systematically disassembled my car down to the bare frame and disinfected everything. They became my consumer advocate taking over 300 pictures to document the devastation and insisting that for health reasons my old car seats would need to be destroyed. It is important to note that they DID NOT gain financially from this and it was done because they are a group of guys that surpasses the expectations of performance. After they were done, my car was washed, and returned to me in white-glove factory showroom conditions. Driving away from their office was like driving off a new car lot. I can honestly state that this is the most amazing company I have ever dealt with. Eric personally made himself available to my bi-weekly calls and even priced different locations where my seats could be purchased. They are an absolutely professional and pleasant team of mechanics with cutting-edge technology and a turn of the century drive for perfection. These gentlemen treated my children’s welfare and car as if they were family. From the bottom of my family’s heart thank you Odor B Gone!

A close friend had borrowed our brand new black on black car and driven it over 18,000 miles in less than a year while smoking heavily and using it as a trash can. The car was enough to make anyone ill after driving it for 15 minutes.
With an out of town guest coming in less than a week, Jay and the team at Odor B Gone moved all of their jobs around so that we could loan our car to our Guest. The car smells great and you would never know that it was a disaster less than a week earlier.
These guys are great! No perfumes or scents to cover the smell - just pure clean and natural.
We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Odor B Gone and their team. A highly talented group of engineers who are very precise and detailed in the specialized work they do. They found and removed the dead rodent and all the bad odor from our car. I saw the process they go through and I must admit, it is more thorough than any process I have seen related to such services. Their work quality was unbelievable. The car was delivered back to us spotlessly clean. Thank you to Odor B Gone team and we highly recommend them to anyone.
We just want to thank the team at Odor B Gone for their amazing service and helpful ideas to fix our GMC Yukon from the brink of being totalled! On behalf of Farmers Insurance, I would like to thank you and your company for the excellent service that was recently provided to us and our customer on an interior fire claim.
In case you do not recall, the interior of our customer’s truck was significantly burned in the dash, flooring under the dash , and smoke damage to the interior. We were going to total the vehicle although the damages were minimal due to the fear that the smell would not come out.
After conferring with our customer, who wanted to keep the vehicle, and conferring with your company it was determined that we would utilize Odor B Gone 2 for the repair of the vehicle.
The repairs were completed in a timely manner. Our customer was very happy with the work provided. We were happy that Odor B Gone 2 had not only fixed the vehicle but had supplied a warranty with the repairs.
Odor B Gone 2 saved our customer’s vehicle from being a total loss, saved the customer and the insurance company money, which provided a favorable resolution for all involved.
Should we ever find a similar situation, we will definitely contact your company before making a decision to total loss a vehicle.

My Rav 4 was soaking wet after the rains in January. The sunroof had leaked. Thanks so much for fixing the sunroof and making my car good as new! I really appreciated the extra effort after I had a problem with seat belt. You are the best.
Jay and everyone at Odor B Gone 2 were fantastic! First, I can’t get over the fantastic name - if it weren’t for “Odor B Gone” and “FixMyStinkyCar.com” I would never have found them and would never have figured out who could fix my car. After the recent rains, my car suddenly started smelling like mold. It was awful - nearly un-drivable. I took my car to Odor B Gone thinking that I would have to foot the whole bill myself and they suggested I register a claim with my insurance company since the mold was caused by the recent rains. I did and to my shock - it was covered!! The rental car, too!! Jay communicated with me throughout the process, was so easy to work with, and my car is now mold-free and has never been cleaner - it’s a 5-year old car and it looks like new inside. I can’t recommend Odor B Gone 2 highly enough - they are the best!!
Apparently some mischievous rodents decided to use my Honda as their own personal storage unit. For who knows how long, the car was in CO, sitting in the same garage as a barrel of dog food. Mice were stealing enough dog food and storing it in the car as if the end of the world was coming. It wasn’t until I moved the car from cold CO weather to hot, humid CA weather that the dog food started molding and smelling up the car. The smell and mold became so bad that I started getting sick and lost my voice. I visited 3 shops, who one after another told me that this was the weirdest/smelliest car they’d ever had and they couldn’t do anything for me. Finally, one of them recommended Odor B Gone 2. From then on, I didn’t have to do a single thing. Jay picked up my car all the way in Riverside, and took it to his shop, not really knowing what he was getting into. This was no doubt one of the biggest messes they’ve taken on, as they had to almost completely disassemble the car to reach all the little nooks within the frame that the mice had managed to shove dog food. I’m not sure of all the details that went into fixing the hopelessly stinky interior, but I got my car back looking and smelling brand new! It hasn’t been that clean since it left the Honda lot back in ’02. Jay and his crew went above and beyond throughout the entire process: picking up the car, finding the source of the problem, fixing all the damage that resulted, talking to my insurance company, keeping me updated, etc. It was easy and painless!…for me at least. I’m know it was neither easy nor painless for the poor men who had their noses around my car all day. Thanks a million Odor B Gone 2!

Hey Jay and crew,
At this point, I am beginning to wonder whether Jay grewer, owner of
Odor B Gone 2, is merely an auto repairman or an actual saint. I found
this company by recommendation of my auto insurance after my car was
flooded under two feet of water this past winter. Despite never having
done business with him before, Jay went above and beyond the call of
duty even from our first phone conversation. During a season when his
shop was so swamped with laborious clean-up jobs, Jay personally
called to provide me with frequent updates. He also gave me advice on
a range of car matters that extended beyond the technical repair job
at hand. He and his shop were incredibly accommodating in every matter
ranging from my financial situation to allowing me to keep my car in
the crowded shop for an incredibly generous amount of time (I hope I’m
not getting you into trouble here, guys!). Above all, Jay possesses
that wonderful combination of complete calm and much-needed humor in
an emergency along with such in-depth knowledge and professionalism
that come from being one who is a true expert in his/her calling.
When my car arrived at Odor B Gone, it was a complete mess. In fact,
every other of the twenty or so cars that were flooded at my job site
that day were declared “totals” by their insurance companies- mine was
the only one that was saved thanks to jay and his crew’s meticulous
work. In fact, my car looked and ran so much better than before the
flood, I almost shed a tear when I saw it. WOW!!! The inside and out
were spic and span. I’ve never seen anything like it. They truly
pimped my ride.
On top of all this, more recently I had another car emergency (the
breaks of having an old car). I didn’t know who to go to so I ended up
having my car towed to them. Although they are not really a repair
shop, Jay turns out to also have been a Honda mechanic for 30 years,
and came to the rescue yet again. I managed to drive my car out of
there in no time at all without having to pay an arm and a leg.
I truly can’t say enough good things about these guys. I’ve gotten
nothing but above-and-beyond service in every interaction. They’ve
done so many more amazing things for me and my car that I’d have to
write a much longer testimonial than you’d probably care to read. I
highly recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. This is one of
those truly amazing, highest-caliber companies that exemplify the
ideal of what a great business/service should be.
